Description:

This course on swimming encourages cardiovascular fitness through the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Students must engage in a fitness program for a minimum of 10 weeks to receive credit.

Course materials are accessed online, and all assignments must be submitted online. Optional course readings may be available but do not include the self-check assignments or graded assignments.
