Food and Nutrition
Prerequisite:Food and Nutrition, Part 1 (FOODS 041) or equivalent.
Description:In this food and nutrition course, students will learn how to plan, prepare, and serve meals. Lessons also focus on how consumer choices are influenced and the importance of nutrition. This is the second course in a two-part Food and Nutrition series (FOODS 041 and FOODS 043).

Notes:Students must have access to a kitchen with food preparation items (measuring tools, cutting tools, cooking/baking pans, etc.), a regular or digital camera, and a DVD player.
