Description:This cycling course guides students to become physically fit through cycling as they set up a long-term program to maintain fitness. Cycling is a popular exercise activity and is the base element of many other activities, including team sport conditioning programs. It is recommended for those who would like to be in good shape, enjoy exercising alone or with a friend, love the outdoors, don’t have much time, and are somewhat competitive—at least with their own performance.
