Description:

This course is the online companion to the eight-week BYU ACT Prep course. Students will review content related to English, reading comprehension, math and science while learning key test-taking strategies. It's the most fun you'll have (online) raising your test score!

Course Content:

Lesson 1: English Section Strategies and Grammar Review
Lesson 2: Reading Comprehension
Lesson 3: English, Continued—Sentence Structure and Commonly Confused Words
Lesson 4: Math Section Strategies
Lesson 5: Math Content Review: Strengths, Number Properties, and Operations
Lesson 6: Math Content Review: Variable Manipulation, Proportions, and Probability
Lesson 7: Math Content Review: Geometry, Trigonometry, Patterns, Logic, and Data
Lesson 8: Staying Positive
Lesson 9: Science Section Strategies

Online Courses:

Course materials are accessed online, and all assignments must be submitted online. Optional course readings may be available but do not include the self-check assignments or graded assignments.

Notes:

After you register, you may access this course for three months; one (free) three-month extension is allowed. If you enroll in this course, you may also choose to enroll in the ACT test prep class on BYU campus for only $239.
